I struggled with emotional eating and bingeing for three decades and it consumed me.Â
Everything changed when I stopped chasing diets and started healing the real root of my eating habits. Through deep inner work and creating my 3-phase method, I transformed my relationship with food - and with myself.
Now, I eat foods I love, trust my body, feel calm and confident around food, and finally live free from the guilt and chaos that used to control me. And I’m here to help you achieve the same.
More About Me
I grew up in a dysfunctional family where emotional support was missing, and sweets were always available. Chocolate quickly became my comfort, my escape. I didn’t know how to handle sadness, anxiety, or stress, so I turned to food to cope. It felt soothing. Safe. Even as a child, I was secretly bingeing, hiding wrappers, and keeping it all to myself.
As a teenager, I entered an abusive relationship that left deep emotional scars. I was suffering, and I didn’t have the tools to process what I was feeling. I continued using food as my only form of comfort. I would hide in the school library with chocolate bars, avoiding friends, just trying to feel better.
When I moved out of home at 19, things got worse. No one was watching, so I stopped cooking and lived on fast food. I started bingeing more often, especially when I felt overwhelmed, and alcohol also entered the picture. Eventually, I began purging. I became bulimic. It felt like food was controlling my life - and I didn’t know how to stop.
The turning point came when the physical toll of purging became visible - my face was swelling, and I couldn’t go to work. I was scared. I knew something had to change.
That’s when my healing journey began.
I started therapy, slowly opened up about my past, and learned new ways to cope. I began understanding that food wasn’t the issue - my unprocessed pain and emotions were. Through years of deep inner work, self-study, and support, I found balance. I learned how to calm myself without turning to food, how to nourish my body instead of punishing it, and how to trust myself again.

Today, Im free from binge eating and emotional overeating
I no longer count calories, obsess over the scale, or feel out of control around food. I eat balanced meals, move my body in simple and enjoyable ways (15-minute workouts and daily walks), and listen to what my body truly needs. I feel grounded, healthy, and at peace - with food and with myself.
I created The 3-Phase Method to Break Free from Overeating & Bingeing because I don’t want any woman to spend decades struggling the way I did.
This 12-week coaching journey is the one I wish I had - grounded in self-compassion, and built for women who are ready to step into freedom, self-trust, and ease with food.
